Mix & Match Enchilada Plate
Our chef-recommended pairing featuring a pan-seared shrimp enchilada with verde sauce and a grilled all natural chicken enchilada with fire-roasted sauce. Both enchiladas are layered with a blend of three melted cheeses and cilantro/onion and wrapped in toasted corn tortillas then topped with salsa fresca and a drizzle of white sauce. Served with a side of black beans and Mexican or citrus rice. Also available with grilled veggies.
