Two enchiladas made with grilled all natural chicken, a blend of three melted cheeses and cilantro/onion wrapped in toasted corn tortillas. Topped with fire-roasted enchilada sauce, salsa fresca and a drizzle of white sauce. Served with a side of black beans and Mexican or citrus rice.
