Rubio's helps you plan your fundraiser and make it a success, with sharp-looking flyers and, of course, our delicious food. Best of all, Rubio's will donate 20% of total sales right back to your group! With great food and good times, Rubio's makes sure your fundraiser starts with FUN.
20% of all sales (pre-tax) brought in by your fundraiser will be donated directly to your organization. A check will be issued 4-6 weeks after your event. Gift card purchases are not applicable toward fundraiser sales.
When you make your reservation online, the calendar will show available dates at the Rubio's location you choose. We suggest Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 4-8 pm.

If you expect a turnout of more than 350 attendees you may be eligible to host a fundraiser at two restaurants simultaneously. For consideration, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name, phone number, Federal Tax I.D. number or your organization's W-9 and a brief description of your organization. Multi-restaurant fundraisers are handled on a case by case basis, and therefore online registration is not necessary.

After you've reserved your Rubio's Fundraiser online, take these steps to create the biggest turnout and largest donation to your cause.
No. They have several options. If everyone can't stay for dinner, guests can order take-out or pick up a Rubio's Catering platter. Their purchases will get credited to your fundraiser so long as they present a flyer.
Please note that Rubio's Catering selections — perfect for parties or family meals, or after a soccer game or church gathering — must be ordered at least 24 hours prior to your fundraiser. After you reserve your fundraiser online, call the general manager at your Rubio's so they know your order is for your fundraiser. When you go to the restaurant to pick up the order, be sure to take a flyer with you.
Be sure you are choosing a day shown in white on the calendar. Days that are not available are shown in gray. If you are having any problems scheduling a fundraiser, please contact the restaurant directly. They will be happy to help you plan your fundraiser.
If you expect a turnout of more than 350 attendees you may be eligible to host a fundraiser at two restaurants simultaneously. For consideration, please email your request to email@example.com. You may schedule one fundraiser every four weeks. At least 10 days notice is required for 501(c)3 organizations, and 21 days advance notice for non 501(c)3 organizations. You can schedule up to six months in advance.
You may change your fundraiser date or time with at least 48 hours notice of the originally scheduled event by contacting the General Manager at the restaurant where you are planning to hold your event. Use our online store locator to find the phone number or address.
Sorry, there is no way to edit your event details online, but we will be happy to help you by phone. If you need to change the organization name on the flyer we can do that for you at the corporate offices. Please contact Rubio's Guest Services at 1-800-354-4199 for assistance. If you need to make changes to the location, date, or time of your fundraiser, please contact the General Manager at the restaurant where you are planning to hold your event.
You may cancel your fundraiser with 48 hours notice of the scheduled event by contacting the General Manager at the restaurant where you were planning to hold it. Use our online store locator to find the phone number or address. We hope you will plan another Rubio's Fundraiser soon.
You may make changes to your fundraiser flyer with at least 48 hours notice of the originally scheduled event.
If you are a 501(c)3 organization, your confirmation email and flyer should arrive within 24 hours of submitting your application. If your organization is not a 501(c)3, you will receive an email response regarding your fundraiser application within 7 business days of submission. A copy of your fundraiser flyer will be provided upon approval. Please check your email spam folder, in case it landed there by mistake. If you still don't see it, please contact the restaurant where you're planning to host your event, and they will be happy to help you.
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free, from Adobe) on your computer to view your fundraiser flyer in .pdf format. To download this program if you do not have it, please visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/. If you are still having trouble, please contact Rubio's Guest Services at 1-800-354-4199.
A copy of your flyer can be found by logging into your fundraiser account. You will see each of your fundraisers listed under Upcoming Events. Find the one you want, and click "Get Flyer" to download the PDF file.

To find out if your organization is recognized by the government as having 501(c)3 status, please visit www.irs.gov.
You'll need to contact the leadership of the organization. When you have the Taxpayer Identification Number you will be able to reserve your fundraiser.
There are many worthy causes, and we applaud you for supporting them. Only charitable organizations that have a Taxpayer Identification Number may hold a fundraiser at Rubio's.
