In Our Kitchens Today

Rich, creamy Hass Avocados make up our handmade guacamole. Fresh produce arrives throughout the week from California’s Salinas Valley, when possible. Salsas are prepared in-house every day. Sustainable seafood, all natural chicken raised without antibiotics and all natural steak are found across our menu. And stone-ground corn tortillas made with simple ingredients like real white corn, water and lime warmly wrap it all together. But our commitment isn’t just about using great ingredients, it’s about the ones we refuse to use.

What's to Come?

As we look forward to the end of 2017, our goal is to remove artificial flavors and caramel coloring from our food1. But we’re not stopping there. We are also exploring flour tortillas made with even simpler ingredients.
