Rubio's Winter Beach Party

Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill® brought the warmth of a Baja California beach to Utahns with a Savor the Sun indoor beach party. The event benefitted local kids with intellectual disabilities from the Best Buddies® program and featured free food, prizes, and a sand castle corner. Rubio's recreated a beach atmosphere with sand, heat, music, costal scenery and fresh BeachMex™ food. The event was the culmination of a week-long fundraising effort January 23-30, where Rubio's fans were encouraged to donate to Best Buddies® by purchasing any new grilled-fish menu item.

The Huntsman Cancer Foundation (HCF) has been selected as the Salt Lake City Marathon's charity. Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah is the premiere cancer research and care facility in the Intermountain West. As a National Cancer Institute-designated clinical care facility, HCI doctors and scientists conduct cutting-edge genetics research and treat patients in a caring environment.

This day will celebrate the day that the Utah fishing & Wildlife office will allow residents to fish without a license. Make plans now to get out with your family and enjoy a free day of fishing. Utah has plenty of water this year, and fishing should be better than ever. To commemorate the day, Rubio's will hold a "Free Fish Taco Giveaway!"
Ragnar Relay

Ragnar was a 9th century Norse King. He was a pirate, a raider, a conqueror, an explorer, and a wild man. The tough, fearless, rugged attributes of this Norse King are shared by all who participate in a Ragnar Relay. In much the same way, a Ragnar Relay provides runners the freedom to roam, to explore — a free-spirited curiosity to get out there and experience outdoor adventure. And maybe even to conquer. Everyone has a wild side and nothing brings it out of you like a Ragnar Relay. Long live the Ragnar in us all!
