Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill® would like to present you and your organization with an exciting fundraising opportunity. By dining out with family and friends Rubio's will donate 20% of all the pre-tax sales generated by your organization the night of the event.
How does it work? Fill out the online Rubio's Fundraiser Reservation Form and within seconds you will receive a confirmation for your scheduled date/time/location as well as a Rubio's Fundraiser Flyer already complete with your event information! (I know - could it be any easier?)
Print and distribute copies of the flyer to your organization, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors and get the excitement going! You will find the more you are involved, the more successful your fundraiser. Who doesn't like a night off from planning dinner and washing dishes all while supporting a great cause!
Once you're in the door, Rubio's will take care of the rest. Sit back, relax and enjoy. Fundraiser checks will arrive within 3-4 weeks after the Fundraiser event takes place.

20% of all sales (pre-tax) brought in by your organization will be donated directly to your organization!
Fundraisers can be held on any available day per the availability calendar located on the online Rubio's Fundrasier Reservation Form. We suggest Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 4-8 pm. Limit 1 Fundraiser every 4 weeks. We want to make your event muy special by hosting your event on one large night!
Host your fundraiser evening at any of our 170-plus locations. For a location near you please visit www.rubios.com to help you plan your fundraiser night. Larger organizations can choose up to three restaurant locations as long as the fundraisers are held at the same time on the same night.

- Decide on a fundraiser date and location and fill out the online Rubio's Fundraiser Reservation Form.
- Instantly you will receive confirmation of your event as well as your fundraiser flyer already complete with your event information.
- Advertise! Hand out as many flyers as possible. (Flyers are required with each order to receive credit for the fundraiser. Flyers may not be distributed in or outside of Rubio's before or during your event. Thank you for understanding.)
- Come relax and enjoy your evening at Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill® !
- Your organization will earn 20% (pre-tax) from each sale when a flyer is submitted. Fundraiser checks are mailed within 3-4 weeks after the event.
