Why can't I select the time I want for my event?

There are several reasons you may be prevented from selecting your desired pickup time online:

  • Same-day orders are limited to smaller-sized parties. Ordering 24 hours or more in advance will be more successful.
  • The time you requested may have already been booked at this restaurant. You might try a little earlier or later time to succeed.
  • Very large parties may need to be arranged with the coordinator.
If you are still unable to select a time that will work for you, please call the restaurant directly they may be able to accommodate you.

How do I order for groups between 10 and 20?

You'll find many options to increase the number you can expect to serve in the "Appetizers, Desserts & Side Items" section of our menu or you can add a "Small Groups" platter to extend your order. This is a good way to offer your guests variety as well as provide the additional servings. In the "Large Group" category, you'll find our Beach Mex Buffet, Tacos a-Go-Go and Burritos a-Go-Go that serve 10, and with Appetizers or "Small Groups" platters, you can easily serve more people.

How can I keep my food warm?

For parties of 30 or more, you have the option of ordering the Beach Mex Buffet in aluminum pans that can be used with buffet warmer stands, or can go in the oven for warming or re-heating. Call your local Rubio's and ask for the Rubio's a-Go-Go Catering specialist for details.

I need help ordering, who do I call?

Just call your local Rubio's restaurant and ask for a Rubio's a-Go-Go Catering specialist. They'd love to help you select the perfect menu for your event, and may have some great suggestions you might not have thought of yourself!

What if I need to change my order?

Please call the restaurant location where your order was placed, they will be able to make changes or additions for you.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please call the restaurant location where your order was placed, they will be able to cancel it for you. Orders cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

What if I forget to pickup my food?

Orders cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Abandoned orders will be charged in full.

Can I have my order delivered?

Call your local Rubio's restaurant and ask for a Manager. They'll be happy to talk to you about delivery.

Will Rubio's cook at my location?

On-site catering can be arranged for larger parties. Please call your local restaurant for details.

When will my credit card get charged?

There will be a "hold" placed on your credit card for the full amount of your order at the moment you submit your order online. That amount will actually be charged to your card at the time of pickup.

Is my credit card number safe?

Yes, transmitted for authorization, and only held in an encrypted file, from that point forward the order is referred to by the transaction code, not your credit card number. See our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for further information on our security considerations. You may be asked to present the card and a photo I.D. upon pickup of your order.
